Desert Camp

Desert Camp is situated on a 40,000 hectare private reserve near to the Sesriem gate of the Namib Naukluft Park. The affordable, self catering accommodation comprises 29x units under canvas, each with en suite bathroom, twin beds, fold out sleeper couch and shaded verandah with fitted kitchenette. Each unit sleeps 2x adults and 2x children and has power points in the room as well as an external power point, own barbeque facilities and adjacent vehicle parking. Facilities comprise a bar, swimming pool and two communal bomas. Meals and adventure activities may be booked at the nearly Sossusvlei Lodge, just 4km away. As an alternative, guests may order a private chef dinner barbeque and have their meals prepared at the chalet or at the boma. The next fuel station with a fully stocked shop and take away food outlet is at Sossus Oasis, only 5km down the road, adjacent to the Sesriem entrance gate.
