I Tour Africa

Our I Tour Africa collection is specifically geared to introduce the inexperienced or first-time traveller to Africa. Many would-be adventurers are seduced by the lure of Africa, but lack the confidence to tackle the sub-Saharan region of the continent alone. I Tour Africa offers the ideal introductory travel opportunity to ease you into this majestic wonderland.

We package Namibia and the surrounding countries in the region into a broad range of choices to suit most requirements. Our tours run on a scheduled basis with groups ranging from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 13 visitors and vary in length from 4 to 14 days. The various tour packages offer the choice of fully inclusive lodge tours, participatory tours or camping tours to suit every pocket, and in safety and comfort. In order to provide the traveller with a taste of what Africa has to offer, our tours include many of Southern Africa’s most pristine and dramatic locations with a range of options to experience its incredible wildlife, breathtaking scenery and historical and cultural diversity. We also believe that our tours are more than merely sightseeing, but should provide the traveller with a knowledgeable and educational background.

Tour Classification

Scheduled Escorted Tours – Bronze
A minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 13 passengers per vehicle. Accommodation is offered in mid range properties on a Bed and Breakfast basis.

Scheduled Escorted Tours – Silver
A minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 10 passengers per vehicle. Accommodation is offered in upper good middle class properties on a half board basis.

Schedule Escorted Tours – Gold
A minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 6 passengers per vehicle. Accommodation is of the best in the area, based on a half board basis with key activities included.

Schedule Escorted Tours – Platinum
A minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 4 passengers. The most luxurious accommodation and service available in Namibia is offered in combination with the key activities of the specific area.

Scheduled Tour Information

• Schedule Tours start and end as per individual itineraries.
• Accommodation is based on availability and may be substituted by an alternative accommodation of a similar standard.
• Pre & Post accommodation and Transfers will be arranged on request.
• Smoking on board our vehicles is not permitted.
• Minimum & Maximum number of guests indicated per Tour.
• Qualified driver/guide.
• Collection will be from Hotels/Pensions on the morning of departure as from 08h00.
• Due to the nature of the tours no children under the age of 12 years are allowed. We can accommodate children under the age of 12 years on any tour booked on a private basis.
• Same day flight departures out of Windhoek International are only possible after 18h00.
• Arrival flights on day of tour departure to be no later than 09h00.
