Welcome to 4x4 Trails

Rocky plains, dunes, sandy masses and harsh mountains - this is what you get if you embark on a 4x4 trail through Namibia. There are a number of 4x4 trails that you can choose from, depending on experience and what thrills you.
Kaokoland
The Kaokoland is a part of Namibia less travelled and sometimes your average speed on these roads will not exceed 10km/h. Driving in this area you will be able to visit the Epupa Falls, remote Himba villages and have a chance of coming face to face with the desert adapted elephant and black rhino.
Khaudum National Park
This park is off the beaten track and special care should be taken when driving here. A minimum of two vehicles are required when travelling through the park and make sure that you have enough fuel for the distance between Grootfontein and Rundu or Divundu!
Namib Naukluft Park
There is a 4x4 trail of roughly 70 km that takes two days to complete and this trail is regarded as the most difficult of its kind in Namibia.
Welwitschia Route
This trail will take you to the Messum River where you will be able to see some of the best preserved Welwitschia plants.
