Welcome to Khorixas

Khorixas in Damaraland is in close proximity of Twyfelfontein, the Petrified Forest and the Organ Pipes. This small town is one of two towns in the area, and has a fuel station or two and general dealer. Travelling north from Khorixas, you will pass Kamanjab, an even smaller town with beautiful surrounding guest farms and lodges. There are also Himba tours conducted from the area where interaction with the Himba's are possible and where you will learn more about the lifestyle of this culture.
